Redcliff are an Independent Real Estate Development and Finance firm founded in 2020 operating in the UK and Europe.
Redcliff Cap Limited were trading as Areli Finance Ltd until May 2023 when their name was changed to Redcliff Cap.
Redcliff Cap will be responsible for submitting the new planning application following consultation and completion of all necessary reports.
WHO ARE THE KEY PEOPLE?
Andrea Vanni is the founder of Redcliff. Andrea Vanni was also the co founder of Areli Real Estate. Areli Real Estate went into voluntary liquidation in September 2023.
There is also as part of the senior team Birju Shah, title Origination, Michael Whitney, Head of Development and Augustinas Indrasius, Investment Manager.
TIKEHAU CAPITAL continues to own the Walnuts. They are based in France. Tikehau Capital is a global alternative asset management group with €37.5 billion of assets under management (at 30 September 2022).
